Recently I have found myself trying to make a more determined effort to visit different sights and attractions I have been putting off going to for ages and the Queen Mary in Long Beach is no exception. I have lost count at the number of times I have been to Los Angeles over the years and never got round to heading to Long Beach however last month, I finally made that journey. (more…)

Last month in Hong Kong, I was really excited to be able to visit the Charlie Brown Cafe which is themed to Snoopy and the Peanuts gang. I had originally planned on heading there for lunch however after waking up early on my first morning, I quickly Googled the opening times and discovered that the cafe opened at 08:30am so I could go for a coffee and something to eat much earlier than I expected (more…)

If like me you are unlucky enough to suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, then you will know just how miserable and painful it can be. I have never known such excruciating pain as that first morning when I stepped out of bed and promptly fell over as it hurt like hell to put weight on my foot. (more…)

As I was in Hong Kong for work earlier this week, I managed to find a few hours spare for a quick visit to Hong Kong Disneyland before flying home to check out the Spring decorations throughout the park. I found out there was a Disney Character Egg Hunt that you could do when at the park. So after grabbing a park map which listed all the different eggs to find (there are over 60 of them), I set off in the hope of finding them all. (more…)
