Remy which can be found onboard the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy is a fine dining adult-only restaurant featuring menus by three Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement of L’Assisette Champenoise near Reims in France and Chef Scott Hunnel of Victoria and Albert’s at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World in Florida. Remy on the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream is a fine dining adult-only restaurant with menus by three Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement of L’Assisette Champenoise near Reims in France and Chef Scott Hunnel of Victoria and Albert’s at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World in Florida. When we recently sailed on the Disney Fantasy, the one thing that we wanted to do most of all was to have dinner at Remy. We were able to book our dinner reservation online ahead of our cruise and we could not wait to dine there. (more…)
