    Remy which can be found onboard the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy is a fine dining adult-only restaurant featuring menus by three Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement of L’Assisette Champenoise near Reims in France and Chef Scott Hunnel of Victoria and Albert’s at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World in Florida.     Thirteen days after we left Southampton and after five straight days at sea, I woke up just after 6:30am on our final day onboard the beautiful Disney Dream just as we were starting to dock at Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point – Disney Cruise Line’s new beach destination on the southern tip of the Bahamian island of Eleuthera where the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea meet.   3. Disney Dream Transatlantic Cruise: Day Twelve – At Sea

    One thing that was incredibly disorientating on this sailing was just how dark it was outside every morning when we woke up compared to other cruises that we have sailed on. Even though it was 7:00am, it really felt like it was the middle of the night as the sky was pitch black – the only clue to it actually being morning was the sight of the crew setting up all of the sun loungers outside on Deck 11 ready for the day ahead.     Our eleventh day onboard the Disney Dream once again started in the best way possible with an absolutely beautiful sunrise as we sailed across the Atlantic close to the island of Bermuda. After waking up early as per usual we walked up to the small outside deck between Palo and the Meridien Bar on Deck 12 aft just after 7:00am to sit back on the comfortable chairs and watch as the sun slowly started to appear over the horizon.
