1. Disney Treasure Western Caribbean Cruise: Day Two – At Sea

    After nearly eight hours of sleep, I woke up just after 7:30am which was the latest I had slept all week since we arrived in Florida and a clear sign of just how tired we both had been the night before. It was already light outside so I got out of bed and stepped out onto the verandah to an absolutely beautiful and perfect morning with a little humidity in the air and my camera lens immediately fogged up as a result. We were incredibly lucky with the weather during our cruise aboard the Disney Treasure as we had no rain whatsoever the entire week and perfect bright blue skies every single day. (more…)

  2. Disney Dream Transatlantic Cruise: Day Eight – At Sea

    There is something very wonderful and special about a day at sea on a Disney cruise ship especially onboard a Transatlantic sailing when you get to experience this numerous times as you slowly cross the Atlantic. I find it so relaxing to look out from wherever you are on the ship and see nothing else around you apart from the vast blue ocean as any stress or worries that you may have had just instantly disappear.   3. Disney Fantasy Eastern Caribbean Cruise: Day Six – At Sea

    Despite wanting a good night’s sleep after two busy days in Tortola and St Thomas on our Eastern Caribbean cruise, I woke up so many times throughout the night due to the noise from our stateroom shaking caused by the vibrations at the aft of the Disney Fantasy. One easy solution to stop some of the noise was to keep both bathroom doors open as they were rattling in the door frames when they were shut. Thankfully I fell back asleep quickly each time I woke up and eventually managed to sleep until 8:00am. (more…)
